Steeping Instructions: Scoop approx. ½-1 teaspoon (2-3g) of loose leaf tea for every cup 240ml / 8 fl oz of water. Pour freshly boiled water (100°C / 212°F) over the leaves. Steep for 4-5 minutes. Serve neat. Add a dash of honey, if preferred.
