Appearance: Dark Mahogany Coloured Infusion
Taste: Woody, Malty, Spicy, Full Bodied
Steeping Instructions: Scoop approx. ½-1 teaspoon (2-3g) of loose leaf tea for every cup 240ml / 8 fl oz of water. Pour freshly boiled water (100°C / 212°F) over the leaves. Steep for 4-5 minutes. To be served neat or accompanied with milk/substitute of choice. Add sugar or honey, if preferred.
